The launching of the second edition of the Meeting of the National Diaspora Investment Support Program (PNAID), is taking place on November 2, in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, to present the program in preparation for the largest world event scheduled for December 14-16, 2023. 

Aimed at bringing together national and Portuguese business entrepreneurs, who wish to expand their businesses in Portugal and abroad, the December PNAID summit [Encontros do Programa Nacional de Apoio ao Investimento da Diáspora] will provide a space for dialogue and networking, between Portuguese diaspora entrepreneurs and domestic businesses.

The PNAID summit, a joint initiative of the Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities and the Secretary of State for Regional Development, will be hosted by the Municipality of Viana do Castelo, in partnership with the Alto Minho Intermunicipal Community and the North Regional Coordination and Development Commission.

At the December event, the city of Viana do Castelo will offer the opportunity for Portuguese investors around the world to get to know the economic and tourism potential of the Minho region, focusing on the sea economy. There will be an additional focus on renewable energy and sustainability from the most varied business branches and interests.

This invaluable opportunity, to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, is open to those who wish to explore promising business prospects in Portugal and abroad and to celebrate the potential of the rich global Portuguese entrepreneurial spirit.
