The Associação Internacional dos Colóquios da Lusofonia (AICL), based in São Miguel, Azores,  announced  the XVI Colóquio Internacional da Lusofonia, to take place in Santa Maria from September 30 to October 5.

The conference  will address issues relating to Portuguese literature, including the literature of the Azores, the literature of the Santa Maria specifically, the Portuguese language as a global language and literary translation. For more  information.
